Del is, in many ways, a godmode. And I do all in my power to limit this because... well, way more fun to play when they're not.

But, there are a few aspects of her powers it is significantly more fun not to limit. Specifically, her omniscience. Del knows everything, sometimes. When she remembers to. She knows your past, possibly some of yours future, and all the things that almost happen then didn't because something else decided to happen instead. In fact, she even knows the things that weren't ever going to happen at all ever ever but might have happened anyway. But she tends to forget a lot of it.

...Is there a word for that?
